Returns policy

At this time SIZ Water does not accept returns. We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier. However, if you feel that your product becomes damaged while being delivered by a third-party carrier to you and is unfit for consumption, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at (021) 111-725-111 or email us at care@sizwater.com. We will gladly replace or refund the product for up to 10 days after the date of your purchase and ship you the appropriate item free of charge. For deliveries deemed missing, please allow up to 10 business days since placing your order before contacting us to ensure that the carrier has had sufficient amount of time to deliver your shipment.
